Android 1.0.0: Astral Stack is a free offline puzzle game for players aged 13 and above. This Android release has no accounts, advertising or in-app purchases. Progress and virtual items stay on the device and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.
In one paragraph: The Game is free to download. Coins, stars and props inside it are just numbers with no real-world value and cannot be cashed out. Please play it normally and do not crack or modify it. We work to keep it running well, but we provide it without warranties.
These terms form an agreement between you and Astral Stack ("we", "us") regarding the mobile game Astral Stack (the "Game"). By downloading, installing or using the Game you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Game and please uninstall it.
The Game is intended for a general audience. If you are below the age of majority where you live, you may use the Game only with the consent of a parent or guardian. The Game contains no chat or player-to-player communication. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to use the Game on a device you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
The Game and everything in it — including its code, artwork, audio, level design and name — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These terms transfer none of those rights to you.
We may update the Game, change or remove features and levels, and may discontinue it at any time. You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Game. Your licence terminates automatically if you breach these terms.
The Game is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we make no warranties, express or implied, including as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Game will run uninterrupted or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Game, including loss of game progress. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
The Game is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. This agreement is between you and us only; neither Apple nor Google is a party to it or bears any responsibility for the Game. If you obtained the Game through the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you. Any support, maintenance or claim relating to the Game should be directed to us, not to Apple or Google.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect the mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
We may update these terms and will revise the effective date at the top of this page when we do. Material changes will be notified inside the Game. Continuing to use the Game after changes take effect means you accept them.
